Wera.
Empowering women in engineering for a future we believe in
Wera is an initiative that exists to empower more people to reach their potential in the workplace. We want to strengthen the role and influence of women and non-binary people in everything from innovation to leadership.
Did you know that Vera Sandberg was Sweden's first female engineer? That's why we're called Wera — for women who want to change the world through engineering.
